SDSU AMA is incredibly proud to present our Executive Mentorship Program!

Are you interested in getting experience in the realm of AMA Marketing, Operations, and Administration? Interested in learning how to run one of the largest organizations on campus at SDSU? Looking for an internship-like experience that you can discuss in future interviews (and will bolster your resume)? Look no further than this new program by SDSU AMA, The Executive Mentorship Program!

This brand new mentorship program will give three individuals all of this and more! This program is not to give “busy work”, but rather give each position an opportunity to cycle through each of the positions that help the AMA world go round. Each position will be given specific time with each officer, gaining essential professional experience along the way! These positions are low stress, low responsibility, and give incredible opportunity to grow your resume!

Junior Vice President

  • Help oversee the internal operations of the AMA executive board

  • Gaining crucial leadership skills and experience

  • Getting a behind the scenes look into how AMA runs overall!

Junior VP - Marketing

  • Learn how to track the success of social media campaigns

  • Learn to create a social media strategy and calendar

  • Assist with the creation of branded graphics for AMA socials

  • Assist in taking pictures for the AMA social media platforms
